The Kunitsukami are bosses in Shin Megami Tensei V (SMT 5) comprised of Okuninushi, Oyamatsumi, Sukuna-Hikona, and Take-Minakata. Okuninushi is the enemy team's healer, and has access to Media and Diarama. If Okuninushi heals the other enemy demons, the fight will take longer and your MP might run dangerously low. Prioritize defeating Okuninushi first to avoid this problem. Once Okuninushi is out of the way, you can take the others out in any order you wish.
Okuninushi is weak to Ice. Oyamatsumi and Take-Minakata are weak to Fire. Sukuna-Hikona is weak to Electric. Take advantage of these weaknesses to extend your turns.

Okuninushi goes first, and can cast Agilao, so it's good to have a whole team that blocks Fire so that the enemy will lose turns quickly. It also helps to have 1 demon that blocks Electric to guard against Take-Minakata's Mazionga attack.
To make this an easier fight, bring in demons with buffs and debuffs for attack and defense. Having four powerful can be overwhelming so it helps to keep their damage in check. Increasing your attack will also help you bring Okuninushi down as fast as possible.
Furthermore, multi-target healing like Media is a must, as this fight can get quickly out of hand.

Dominion blocks Electric and Ice, which can impede both Take-Minakata and Sukuna-Hikona's attacks. Flauros and Orobas block Fire but are weak to Ice, so they might be risky to use. Yurlungur blocks Electric and resists Ice but is weak to Fire.
Flauros and Orobas will be your main force to bring down both Oyamatsumi and Take-Minakata, since Flauros can cast Agidyne. Yurlungur is ideal for magic offense, since it has a high Magic stat and can cast Bufudyne and Ziodyne. Nue and Isis are good choices to take down Sukuna-Hikona, since they can do strong Electric attacks. Sarasvati can cast a powerful Bufudyne skill to help take Okuninushi down quickly.
Dominion has good healing in Diarahan, and can also cast Dekunda to remove debuffs. Yurlungur is also good at healing and support, since it can use Diarahan and Dekaja. Orobas can help bring down their defense with Marakunda. Kushinada-Hime has Mediarama and is a fantastic healer. She may need to be taught other elements to be a bit more useful, though.
