How to Complete Holy Will and Profane Dissent

Objectives

SMT V - Holy Will and Profane Dissent Location,
Talk to the Bethel Researcher
To start, head to the Tokyo Diet Building and talk to the Bethel Researcher. You can refer to the map above to see the exact location of the male researcher you need to speak to in order to get the subquest.
Note: If you cannot access the subquest from the researcher, speak to the head researcher near the entrance instead. You should then be able to start the quest again.

SMT V - Holy Will and Profane Dissent Danu Location,
Meet Danu in Shiba
Next, fast travel to Shiba in Minato and speak to Danu. You can find her just east of the leyline fount.

SMT V - Holy Will and Profane Dissent Dagda Location
Defeat Dagda
Danu will then ask you to face Dagda, whom you can find east of Nagatacho. Defeat him using heavy light magic, such as Hamaon, to trigger a cutscene for the next step.

SMT V - Holy Will and Profane Dissent Decide Dagda
Decide Dagda's Fate
The next cutscene will require you to decide Dagda's fate. If you choose to spare him, Dagda will join your party afterward. If you choose to kill him, Danu will reward you with an Oak Staff for siding with her.

Head Back to Bethel
Finally, end the quest by returning to Bethel and reporting to the researcher about the mission. He'll reward you with the Seeds of Dana Periapt, which allows you to use a group skill called Dana's Wisdom, exclusive to Danu and Dagda.

Reach Level 80 or Higher to Defeat Dagda

SMT V - Holy Will and Profane Dissent Dagda Fight

Dagda is a level 80 demon with resistance to all magic damage except light and dark. If you're planning to fight with magic, it's best to use light and dark skills only, as any other magic skills will be resisted.

Additionally, he fights physically, making it necessary to bring demons with Phys Block or Tetrakarn to lessen his offenses.
