Found in the Demon Haunt
Will of the Samurai is unlocked after fusing Yoshitsune during the Canon of Creation storyline.
If Yoshitsune is in your party or stock after gaining access to Da'at: Chiyoda, he will appear in the Demon Haunt with a subquest available.

How to Complete Will of the Samurai
| Objectives | |

| 1 | Yoshitsune will ask you to bring him to defeat a certain demon, Atavaka, in Chiyoda. |
| 2 |  Add Yoshitsune to your party and proceed to the marked location. It is accessible via a Magatsu Rail just northeast of the Ginza Leyline Fount. |
| 3 | There you will challenge Atavaka and Rakshasa in a boss battle. Yoshitsune must be in the party to begin the battle. ▶ How to Beat Atavaka |
| 4 | After defeating Atavaka, you will complete the subquest, and gain a hint as to the location of the next subquest in the chain, Trial of the Seven Stars. |
How to Beat Atavaka
Use Ice Skills
Both Atavaka and his escort Rakshasa are weak to Ice, and will resist or null Light and Dark. They also have Retaliate, meaning they will counter Physical and Strength-based attacks like Ice Dracostrike.
Use demons with powerful Ice Magic Skills like Bufula to gain extra actions and defeat Atavaka in short order.
Have Yoshitsune Use Hassou Tobi
Atavaka and Rakshasa's passive skills can make them a bad matchup for Yoshitsune, who prefers Physical attacks.
However, you can still do respectable damage and gain press turns by using his unique skill Hassou Tobi, a multi-hit Physical attack that always lands criticals.
