Use Lightning attacks to extend your turns, and employ demons that block Fire and Physical attacks since Fionn uses Maragidyne and a whole array of powerful Physical skills.
It helps to negate Fionn's Tarukaja debuff and cast a defense buff on yourself, since his Physical attacks are very powerful.
