The quest-giver is a Kurama Tengu who is located south of the Umayabashi leyline fount. You will be able to reach this area after progressing through the main quest in Taito.
This quest is also part of Amanozako's questline, starting with A Power Beyond Control.

Amanozako joined you as one of your demons. |

| 1 |  Talk to the Kurama Tengu south of the Umayabashi leyline fount. Accept his quest. He will point you to his friend over at Tokyo Tower. |
| 2 |  Head over to the Tokyo Tower leyline fount in Minato and talk to the Kurama Tengu standing by the south side of Tokyo Tower. He will tell you to bring Amanozako with you. |
| 3 |  Amanozako can be found right beside the Nagatacho leyline fount in Minato. Take her with you and return to the Kurama Tengu at Tokyo Tower. |
| 4 |  Upon talking to the Kurama Tengu, you will be given a choice: Hand her over or Refuse. Whichever option you choose, the result will be the same. |
| 5 |  You will then enter into a boss battle with Zaou-Gongen and Kurama Tengu. Defeat them both to complete the quest. ・How to Beat Zaou-Gongen |
| 6 |  After defeating Zaou-Gongen, you will be rewarded with the Fury Talisman, 1 Destruction Sutra, and 135000 EXP. Fury Zaou-Gongen and Genma Amanozako will be unlocked for fusion, and Amanozako will join your party. |

Kurama Tengu's Masukukaja and Masukunda could prove a nuisance so take him out quickly with Electric attacks.
Use Zaou-Gongen's weakness against Electric to extend your turns. Zaou-Gongen casts the Fire skill Ragnarok a lot, so defend against it with Fire-blocking demons.
