Does Not Affect Turn Rate

It has been confirmed that Agility no longer affects turn order and is now based on party formation so if you want a character to be the first one to act in your team, assign that character to the front row of your team. This is especially helpful for demons whose main purpose is to apply buffs or debuffs to your team/ the enemy team.

It's Recommended to Raise Agility

The Nahobino's innate agility stat growth is usually enough on normal playthrough but if you encountering more missed attacks than desirable, increasing your agility stat will always be a good choice. Take note that accuracy can be increased by buffs as well so there will be a way for a workaround in case you encounter evasive enemies thus the low rating.
