SMTVV - Supersonic Racing Location

To start the Supersonic Racing subquest, access the Modern Tokyo map and head to Tanakawa to find the reporter. Speak to him to receive the subquest!

How to Complete Supersonic Racing

Objectives

STM V - Supersonic Racing Location
Find the Reporter in Tanakawa
Supersonic Racing can only be accessed on the Modern Tokyo interactive map. To get the subquest, find the reporter near Tanakawa. Speak to him, and he'll give you a camera that you'll need to use as you accept and progress through this subquest.
2 STM V - Turbo Granny Supersonic Racing SubquestAmbush Turbo Granny
Immediately after accepting the quest, a new character pin will start running around the map. Carefully analyze its path to successfully ambush the avatar. Once cornered, the avatar is eventually revealed as Turbo Granny.
3 STM V - Turbo Granny AmbushKeep Cornering Turbo Granny
Once you've ambushed Turbo Granny, she will continue running around the map after your initial conversation. Keep ambushing her two to three more times until Aogami recommends changing your approach, as neither of the dialogue options will stop her.
4 STM V - Turbo Granny Fight Supersonic Racing SubquestDefeat Turbo Granny
After Aogami asks you to change your approach and use force, the next time you corner Turbo Granny will start a fight. Defeat her to finally take her photo for the reporter.

STM V - Supersonic Racing Location
Return the Camera to the Reporter
Complete the quest by returning the camera to the reporter and showing him the image of Turbo Granny. He'll reward you with 4 Agility Incense for your effort. You'll also be able to fuse Turbo Granny after this subquest!

Use Light Attacks to Defeat Turbo Granny

STM V - Turbo Granny Fight

Turbo Granny is weak to light attacks, so make sure to bring demons with Hama or Hamaon skills to deal significant damage to her. She'll also use Force attacks, so avoid bringing any demons weak to this element into your party.
