The quest-giver is a Principality who is hidden in between some shipping containers, east of the Shinagawa Pier Leyline Fount.

Summary ・Eliminate the Lilim that have set their sights on invading Tokyo.
・You defeated the Lilim and prevented their invasion. Report back to Principality.
・You reported to Principality that you stopped the invasion. Principality also ended up joining you.

How to Complete Holding the Line

Objectives
1 Holding the Line 1
Head east of the Shinagawa Pier Leyline Fount and talk to the Principality hidden in between shipping containers.
2
Holding the Line 2
The Lilim are located west of the Shinagawa Pier Leyline Fount. They are hidden under a building past a narrow alley.
3 Holding the Line 3
If you want to continue down Principality's quest path, choose Carry out Principality's request.
・Note: If you choose Talk to her, you can go down Lilim's quest path instead, failing the current quest.
4 Holding the Line 4
If you choose to carry out Principality's request, you will fight a whole party of Lilims. Defeat them to fulfill the quest objective.
・How to Beat Lilim
5 Holding the Line 5
After defeating all of the Lilim, head back to Principality to complete the quest. You will be rewarded with 1 Light Sutra and 4000 EXP. Also, Principality will join your party.

How to Beat Lilim

Holding the Line

Lilim is weak to Ice attacks, so having a demon that can cast powerful Bufu skills is highly recommended. Having a demon with great AoE skills is great as well, as there are six Lilims that can overwhelm you if you don't whittle their numbers down.

Furthermore, do not bring anyone with a Lightning weakness into battle, as she casts Lightning magic.

Choose Lilim to Prepare Against Fionn

Lilim has powerful Lightning attacks making Lilim a great choice if you wish to have an easier time against Fionn.

Choose Principality for a Re-Match with Lahmu

Sea of Stars is a Magatsuhi Skill that restores a medium amount of MP. Your 2nd fight with Lahmu will be a long and grueling battle so chances are you will run out of MP mid-fight. Principality's Sea of Stars is a good way to restore your front line's fighting strength by using its Magatsuhi skill during that fight.
