The quest-giver Aitvaras is located on an elevated highway a little north of the Kamiyacho Leyline Fount. You can access the highway by going to the northwestern end of the highway and getting onto it via a ramp.

How to Complete The Ultimate Omelette

Objectives
1 The Ultimate Omelette 1
Get onto the highway and you will find an Aitvaras in the center of it. Talk to it and accept its quest to steal an egg from a Jatayu in the mountains.

The Ultimate Omelette 2
Start at ground level and take this narrow route up the mountain. Make sure to avoid the Jatayu circling around.
3 The Ultimate Omelette 3
You can choose to beat Jatayu if you so wish. Just get ready for a difficult fight.

4 The Ultimate Omelette 4
If you don't wish to fight Jatayu but accidentally run into it, you can simply use a Smoke Ball to escape from the fight. After escaping from the battle, Jatayu won't notice you for a few seconds. Make sure to escape quickly.
5 The Ultimate Omelette 5
At the top of the mountain you will find a sparkling item. This is the Jatayu Egg. Pick it up and swiftly exit the premises.
6 The Ultimate Omelette 6
Return to the Aitvaras and give it the Jatayu Egg to end the quest. You will receive a Drake Talisman and 600 EXP.

How to Beat Jatayu

Jatayu is weak to Lightning and Dark attacks, so employ demons with Zio and Mudo skills. Also, do not use demons that are weak against Force.

The Sukunda debuff is useful to lower its accuracy and make it lose turns. This is a good deterrent against its Critical Wave attack.
