The quest-giver is Demeter, who is located north of the Otemachi Leyline Fount. This quest is only available after completing the The Horn of Plenty sidequest.

How to Complete Roar of Hatred

| 1 |  Talk to Demeter north of the Otemachi Leyline Fount and accept her quest to defeat a Tyrant near Awajicho. |
| 2 |  Teleport to the Awajicho Leyline Fount and head along the path. To get to the quest objective, you must approach from the southeast. |
| 3 |  Talk to Moloch and prepare for a battle. Defeat Moloch to fulfill the quest objective. ・How to Beat Moloch |
| 4 |  After defeating Moloch, return to Demeter to end the quest. You will receive 2 Phys Dampener and 27000 EXP as quest rewards. |
How to Beat Moloch
Build a Party of Fire-Blockers
Moloch, Flauros, and Orobas all use powerful Fire skills. This fight will be significantly easier if everyone in your party blocks Fire attacks.
Hit Them With Ice
Moloch, Flauros, and Orobas are all weak to Ice, so use Bufu skills to deal damage and extend your turns. If your Fire-blocking party doesn't have Ice attacks, you can equip them with Essences or use Ice Gems.
Defeat the Two Orobas and Flauros First
Focus on them on at a time. It might be better to take Flauros down first, since he has very high Physical damage. Once Orobas and Flauros are gone, Moloch will be a cakewalk.
