The Greater Potentate's Cookbook 7 can be found on a corpse located at the poisonous swamp in Gravesite Plains. From the Castle Front Site of Grace, head southeast, and you will reach the swamp filled with poison. The corpse will be hidden behind a huge flower-type enemy.
