You can obtain the Greater Potentate's Cookbook 5 from a corpse located south of Prospect Town. From the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace, head south east until you reach a forest hailed with lightning strikes. You will find the corpse with the cookbook on top of a large rock near the edge of the cliff.
