Located on Top of the Ruined Arches in Nokron, Eternal City

You can find the Mottled Necklace +1 on a dead body at the top of the ruined arches overlooking the Hallowhorn Grounds in Nokron, Eternal City.

Start from the Ancestral Woods site of grace and head northwest. Pass through the first set of ruined pillars and stick to the right side. Head right from the single spirit jellyfish to find the rock pillar that leads to the ruined arches.
