Drops from a Bloodfiend in Prospect Town

The Bloodfiend's Arm is found as a guaranteed drop from a specific Bloodfiend at Prospect Town west of the Gravesite Plain. The Bloodfiend's Arm is a one-time drop per playthrough and does not drop from any other Bloodfiend in the game.

How to Get Bloodfiend's Arm
1
To get to Prospect Town, head north west from the Scorched Ruins until you reach the Three Path Cross Site of Grace. From there, go west to the Main Gate Cross then follow a narrow cliffside path going south until you reach the Cliffside Terminus.
2
From the Cliffside Terminus Site of Grace, proceed south then go to the east side of Prospect Town until you find a ramp covered in rags.
3
Go up the ramp then turn to the left. Head forward until you reach another area.
4
Continue forward then go up the stairs on the right. At the top of the stairs, turn to the left, then go through the narrow passage until you reach an area with a leaning pillar.
5
Go up the pillar and then navigate the narrow path curving on the left.
6
Jump from the spot with rags onto the area with the Bloodfiends.
7 Defeat the Bloodfiend (Step 7)
Defeat the Bloodfiend lying next to the Bloodfiend caster with a spear to obtain the Bloodfiend's Arm. You can summon Spirit Ashes to assist you in this fight.

Ignore everything they say about how to get it. This is actually a single dropping item from 1 specific bloodfiend. That only drops once per playthroug. It is located ontop of the town near where they say the best grind it. But there is litteraly no grind it can not drop as a regular drop
