Obtained by Helping Leda Kill Hornsent

The Lacerating Crossed-Tree can be obtained from Leda after helping her kill Hornsent. To get this event started, you must first meet Leda and exhaust all of her dialogues until she makes a decision to go after Hornsent.

Once she has made her decision, proceed to the Storehouse in Shadow Keep. From the Storehouse, First Floor Site of Grace, take the lift and head to the room at the bottom left, where you will see two summon signs. Interact with the red summon sign to summon Leda and take down Hornsent.

After killing Hornsent, travel to the Highroad Cross Site of Grace and receive the talisman from Leda.

Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree - Mesmer

Obtaining this talisman requires you to own and install the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree. Accessing the DLC requires defeating both Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood.

After defeating the required bosses, the DLC can be started by interacting with Miquella's Egg at the Cocoon of the Empyrean Site of Grace in Mohgwyn Palace.
