The Scarab with this Ash of War can be found to the north west of the Isolated Merchant's Shack in Caelid (Dragonbarrow). It will be on the cliff overlooking the Great Jar's colosseum in the distance.

How to Use Sky Shot

Used to Hit Enemies from Above

Upon using Sky Shot, you enter a stance before firing an arrow off into the air and hitting the target from above. This can be used to avoid hitting walls or obstacles that obstruct the flight path of arrows especially when shooting at an enemy above you.
