Chance to Drop By Firemonks

You can obtain this weapon by defeating Firemonks. The easiest one to farm would be in the Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave in Consecrated Snowfield.

From the Site of Grace, go past the first Firemonk and up the stairs past the Erdtree Burial Dog and Imps.

Take the hallway to the left and stick to the right. The Firemonk you need to farm is in the small area to avoid the flaming pillar.
