After defeating Old Knight Istvan, head to the drawing room in Volcano Manor and pick up the letter. Travel to the Bridge of Iniquity site of grace in Mt. Gelmir and ride across the bridge heading east.
Turn rigth and drop down to the first Spirit Spring, followed by another a little further ahead. Follow the cliff face north to find Rileigh the Idle's red summon sign on the ground.
