You can find the Armorer's Cookbook 6 on a corpse on Siofra River's lower level.

Head to the Siofra River Bank Site of Grace, then head directly west, up some rocks. The item will be on a corpse. Beware, as a couple of spirit enemies will appear out of thin air close to the item's location.
