Dropped by a Scarab to the east of the Stormcaller Church in the Altus Plateau. From the Rampartside Path site of grace, head south west until you see a monument of swords. The Scarab will be rolling around near the monument.

Lightning Ram allows players to roll towards enemies, dealing lightning damage at the cost of Stamina and FP. While not extremely powerful, it can make quick work of dense enemy groups. Having high Poise is crucial when using this Ash as it makes your rolls uninterruptible.
