Greathood can be obtained as a reward by finding the area portrayed in the painting sidequests. You can find the painting that rewards this equipment in Castle Sol. Travel to the Castle Sol Main Gate Site of Grace, enter the castle and go left. After getting past the large spikes, turn to your right and enter through a door with slugs inside.

Run past them and go up the ladder. At the top, take the path to the right, past the wooden rampart. Get past the enemies shooting at you, then head up the wooden stairs. There will be a ladder going down from here. Climb down to find the painting at the bottom.
