Bloodhound Knight set can be obtained by defeating the Bloodhound Knight located inside Gelmir Hero's Grave. You can get there by dropping down to a ledge on a bridge before the path filled with lava.

Head inside, and you should be able to see the Bloodhound Knight guarding a corpse that contains the Gelmir Knight set. Defeat it and pick up the equipment on its corpse to get the equipment.
