Obtained from the cliffs near the Third Church of Marika. To obtain it, however, you'll have to clear the Gaol Cave in Caelid. At the end is a tunnel leading to the lootable corpse that contains the sword.

How to Use Regalia of Eochaid

Scales with Arcane, Dexterity, and Strength

The Regalia of Eochaid scales high scaling with both Dexterity and Arcane followed by Strength. To increase the bonus damage dealt by this weapon, adding points to the Dexterity attribute will have the most gain while adding points to Arcane will strengthen its weapon skill.

Deals Magic Damage

This weapon has low physical attack value but deals additional Magic damage, making it a good weapon for dealing Magic damage to enemies weak to this damage type.

Pairing this weapon with an off-hand weapon that can deal with a debuff or different damage type can maximize the amount of damage you can deal.

Weapon Skill Deals High Damage from Afar

This weapon is not infusable with Ashes of War and is equipped with the weapon skill Eochaid's Dancing Blade. This skill imbues the weapon in Arcane energy and throws the sword forward performing a corkscrew attack that is followed by a wide slash to finish.

This skill can be charged and the Godfrey Icon talisman is good supplementary equipment since it enhances charged spells and skills.
