| Location | West Mountaintops of the Giants, in the Forbidden Lands east of Leyndell, Royal Capital |
From the Avenue Balcony Site of Grace in Leyndell, Royal Capital head east down the road until you reach a lift. Take the lift and head up the steps to the Capital Outskirts. Head further east to the next lift, but intstead of taking it, head through the southern door and follow that road all the way until you reach the Divine Tower of East Altus.

Activate Morgott's Great Rune
After defeating Morgott, the Omen King, you will receive Morgott's Great Rune. You will first need to activate this Great Rune by taking it to the top of the Divine Tower of East Altus.
After that, equip Morgott's Great Rune at any Site of Grace, then use a Rune Arc to activate its effects.
