Raises Party's Attack and Defense

Rallying Standard has a 30 second damage and damage negation buff, maximizing its effect will serve you better if you use it just as the fight is about to begin. Avoid using it before fog gates to avoid wasting precious seconds!

Stacks With Other Damage Buffs

Damage buffs being multiplicative makes buffs completely change the game. Stacking 2 double damage would quadruple your damage and not triple it and so on. Use it in conjunction with other damage buffs to get a good start in fights.

Usable as a Backup Skill

Since the duration of the buff is lengthy, you can use the weapon skill as a back up weapon (provided you have the equip load to avoid a heavy load) and carry a different main hand. Use the buff and change main weapon before jumping into the fray.

Unique to Commander's Standard

This skill is unique to the Commander's Standard, a halberd, which can be obtained after defeating Commander O'Neil in Aeonia Swamp at Caelid.
