You can find a Seedbed Curse on a dead body sitting on a chair near the East Capital Rampart site of grace in the Leyndell Royal Capital.
A Seedbed Curse can be found on a dead body sitting on a chair at the Fortified Manor in the Royal Capital of Leyndell.
Head to the room where the Dung Eater is usually found in the Roundtable Hold to find the item.

You can find a Seedbed Curse on a dead body sitting on a chair in the middle of the room south of the East Capital Rampart site of grace. Climb the ladder and head right to the stairs to reach the location.

A Seedbed Curse can be found behind a fog wall north of the Prison Town Church site of grace in the Volcano Manor area.
At a certain point in Dung Eater's questline, he will ask you to give him Seedbed Curses. Doing so will advance his questline.
You can give him the items to his physical body inside the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds at the Leyndell, Royal Capital
