Obtained by defeating Eleonora, Violet Bloody Finger at the Second Church of Marika in Altus Plateau.

Note that you do not need to advance Yura's questline to get Eleonora to spawn.

How to Get Eleonora's Poleblade

To get Eleonora's Poleblade, you must travel to the Second Church of Marika in the Altus Plateau region via two paths:
1. Obtain the Left and Right halves of the Dectus Medallion and use the Grand Lift of Dectus at the northern part of Liurnia.
2. Pass through the Ruin-Strewn Precipice and defeat Magma Wyrm Makar. The Ruin-Strewn Precipice can be reached by going down to the river from Bellum Church and heading northeast.

Inside the Second Church of Marika, you will be invaded by Eleonora, Violet Bloody Finger. Defeat Eleonora to obtain Eleonora's Poleblade.
Note: You will also fight Eleonora as part of Bloody Finger Hunter Yura's questline, but you do not need to advance his questline to encounter Eleonora.
