Improved Stealth at Night

Night will become a welcome friend for stealth builds in Elden Ring. Under the cover of night, players will have increased stealth due to enemy visibility being lowered. Use this time to take out unsuspecting foes or sneak past dangerous groups of enemies.

Unique Enemies Appear at Night

Some enemies are nocturnal, such as the giant bats, and will only come out at night. Be careful of extra enemies when exploring The Lands Between at night.

Enemy Spawn Locations Change

Depending on the time of day, certain enemy spawn locations will change. Sometimes, more powerful versions of an enemy may only be available at a specific time of day.

Weather Effect That Increases Runes Acquired

Sometimes, a rare weather effect that looks like leaves falling will happen in an area. If you are in this area, you gain a buff that increases the amount of Runes obtained.
