Zethgrud can be found in the western corner of the easternmost room in the Domain of Horror sub-section of Shassar Sea, and can be encountered randomly as a Wanted Side Quest.

How to Find Unique Elite Monsters

Unique Purple Elite monsters have a chance of randomly spawning in the vicinity when you're nearby. When a Unique Elite has spawned, the text New Event will appear on screen, along with Wanted in the Quest Sidebar.

Unique Elites are quite rare, so if the monster can't be found in its listed location, try leaving and coming back to the area later.

Zethgrud Attack Patterns

Fear

A green skull hovers over the target's head, forcing him or her to run away from the monster for a few seconds.

Teleport

The monster teleports and reappears nearby in an instant. Look for the flash of light to know the enemy is going to disappear.
