Captain Shadura can be found on the east side of the Fetid Swamp in Dark Wood, and can be encountered randomly as a Wanted Side Quest.

How to Find Unique Elite Monsters

New Event - Wanted

Unique Purple Elite monsters have a chance of randomly spawning in the vicinity when you're nearby. When a Unique Elite has spawned, the text New Event will appear on screen, along with Wanted in the Quest Sidebar.

Unique Elites are quite rare, so if the monster can't be found in its listed location, try leaving and coming back to the area later.

Ice Beam
