Gobbo the Tall can be found in the village northwest of the Kikuras Rapids Waypoint in Bilefen, and can be encountered randomly as a Wanted Side Quest.

How to Find Unique Elite Monsters

Unique Purple Elite monsters have a chance of randomly spawning in the vicinity when you're nearby. When a Unique Elite has spawned, the text New Event will appear on screen, along with Wanted in the Quest Sidebar.

Unique Elites are quite rare, so if the monster can't be found in its listed location, try leaving and coming back to the area later.

Gobbo the Tall Attack Patterns

Fear

A green skull hovers over the target's head, forcing him or her to run away from the monster for a few seconds.

Teleport

The monster teleports and reappears nearby in an instant. Gobbo the Tall does not employ the telltale flash of light before disappearing.
