Demeka the Fierce can be found in the center of the Cursed Grove in Dark Wood, and can be encountered randomly as a Wanted Side Quest.

How to Find Unique Elite Monsters

Unique Purple Elite monsters have a chance of randomly spawning in the vicinity when you're nearby. When a Unique Elite has spawned, the text New Event will appear on screen, along with Wanted in the Quest Sidebar.

Unique Elites are quite rare, so if the monster can't be found in its listed location, try leaving and coming back to the area later.

Demeka the Fierce Attack Patterns

Laser Beam

The monster shoots a straight laser beam that locks on to its target and can cause devastating damage if ignored.

Fear

A green skull hovers over the target's head, forcing him or her to run away from the monster for a few seconds.

Revive

The monster revives its fallen allies to fight alongside it.
