Ming Shan the Devoted can be found on the west side of the Sanctified Earth Monastery in Mount Zavain, and can be encountered randomly as a Wanted Side Quest.

How to Find Unique Elite Monsters

Unique Purple Elite monsters have a chance of randomly spawning in the vicinity when you're nearby. When a Unique Elite has spawned, the text New Event will appear on screen, along with Wanted in the Quest Sidebar.

Unique Elites are quite rare, so if the monster can't be found in its listed location, try leaving and coming back to the area later.

Fireball

A small purple fireball with a small splash radius but medium range.

Flare

Ming Shan charges up and sends out a flare in 360 degrees.

Flying Kick

A flying kick with a short charge, this attack has a long range and is difficult to avoid.
