Found in a Chest at the Top of Rabbath's Rise

Rabbath's Cannon is obtained from a chest at the top of Rabbath's Rise. Go up the stairs to the library and break the illusory wall on the southwest side of the tower to reveal a Sealed Spiritspring on a balcony.
Head outside Rabbath's Rise and get on Torrent to use the newly unlocked Spiritspring. Enter the tower and you'll find the chest with Rabbath's Cannon.

The Rabbath's Cannon cannot be infused with a different Ash of War since it is considered a unique weapon. Weapons that are upgraded using Somber Smithing Stones are classified as unique weapons.
