The Fleeting Microcosm sorcery is bought for 20,000 runes from Ymir at Cathedral of Manus Metyr after ringing the Finger Ruins of Dheo bell as part of Ymir's questline. Talk to Ymir and ring the bell first at the Finger Ruins of Rhia before going to the Finger Ruins of Dheo.

Aftewards, report back to Ymir and the Fleeting Microcosm will be available for purchase. If you have defeated Ymir before getting the spell, you can access his shop again by offering Ymir's Bell Bearing to NPCs like the Twin Maiden Husks or Miriel Pastor of Vows.

How to Use Fleeting Microcosm

Equip the Sorcery and Use a Staff

To cast the Fleeting Microcosm sorcery, first visit a Site of Grace and equip it to your Memory Slot through the Memorize Spell option. Then, confirm that you've reached the stat requirement for both the Fleeting Microcosm sorcery and the Staff you want to use.

Once the requirements have been met, equip and switch over to your Staff to cast the Fleeting Microcosm sorcery.
