What to Do in Shack of the Rotting

Obtain Nascent Butterfly and Preserving Boluses

Here, there is not much to do besides rest at a Site of Grace. However, you can obtain a Nascent Butterfly, which is used to craft Dappled Cured Meat. You can also obtain Preserving Boluses, which will be a very helpful item in Caelid, as it cures Scarlet Rot.
