Pick up the Wing of Astel

Entering Uhl Palace Ruins from the north ruins, walk along the ledge until you reach the Malformed Star. On a stone beam will be a chest containing the Wing of Astel.

Defeat the Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella

Following the river into the cave, touch the Ainsel River Downstream Site of Grace and head north. You will encounter the Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella. Defeating it will grant you access to the building containing a Great Ghost Glovewort.
