Obtained by defeating the Black Knife Assassin guarding the Sainted Hero's Grave in Altus Plateau. This enemy will be waiting for you at the entrance of the dungeon.

How to Get to Sainted Hero
Travel to the Rampartside Path Site of Grace in Altus Plateau. If you have not reached that area yet, you can start from the Grand of Lift of Dectus going east into the Capital Outskirts, then going around until you reach the central area of the region where the site is located.

Go West to of the Rampartside Path
From the Rampartside Path Site of Grace, head west past the area with lightning strikes and reach the building with the giant statue (Sainted Hero's Grave). The Black Knife Assassin will be found guarding the entrance of the building.
3 Defeat the Black Knife Assassin
Approach the building entrance to trigger the fight with the Black Knife Assassin. Defeat the enemy to obtain the Black Knife.
