This "Guide" literally says absolutely nothing about what this Great Rune does... The "Effect" section of the entry is just a meaningless piece of lore... I mean, the game tells us it raises all attributes but doesn't specify how much it raises them by, so I come here and somehow this website offers even less useful information. Step your game up.
