Scales with Strength and Dexterity

The weapon scales with Strength and Dexterity with Strength as the highest scaling stat. Improving this attribute will increase the damage dealt by your physical attacks.

Additionally, you can change the affinity of your weapons by using different whetblades to improve the default scaling of this weapon to better scale with your stats. The Starscourge Heirloom can further increase the damage of your attacks by raising your Strength if you are planning to use this mainly as a Strength-based weapon.

Lifesteal Weapon

The weapon has a unique ability to restore 5% of your HP for every enemy that you kill while this weapon is equipped. It will still take effect even if you do not use the weapon itself to kill an enemy and holding it in your off-hand will grant you the lifesteal ability. A good talisman to pair with this weapon is the Taker's Cameo that can increase the amount of HP you can leech off your enemies.

Its fast attacks can easily apply status effects and Ashes of War such as Seppuku, Chilling Mist, or Poisonous Mist are recommended as additional damage sources.

Infusable with Ashes of War

This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War and is equipped with Spinning Slash as its default weapon skill. It enables the user to perform a 360-degree spinning slash capable of hitting surrounding enemies. This skill can be followed up with another input to perform another spinning attack.
