Pass through Stormveil Castle's Courtyard
The bridge that leads to the Divine Tower of Limgrave can only be accessed by passing through Stormveil Castle's courtyard.
If you asked Gatekeeper Gostoc to open the gates at the beginning, you can storm the castle front again and rush towards the bridge. Otherwise, you'll have to go around the castle and enter the courtyard from the back. The second route is tedious as this path towards the bridge is longer and is swarming with guards.
Take the portal to the tower
Once you manage to reach the Site of Grace before the bridge, make your way to the end while avoiding the golems along the way. These enemies are quite slow so you can actually opt to take all three down. Just watch out for the golem archer at the back!
At the end of the bridge, take the portal and you will be transported to the Divine Tower of Limgrave.

Activate the Site of Grace
Once you get to the base of the tower, ride the lift up and touch the Lost Grace at the top of the stairs ahead.
Restore Godrick's Great Rune
After defeating Godrick the Grafted and obtaining Godrick's Great Rune, you can take it at the top of the Divine Tower of Limgrave to restore its power. Restoring Great Runes will allow you to equip them and receive stat bonuses.
