There are no benefits to the Wretch class. In fact, that's the whole point. This class is meant for those veteran players looking for a self-imposed challenge. Only for the most hardcore fans.

Best Stats to Level Up for Wretch

As mentioned in the Strengths and Weaknesses, choosing this Class is nothing more than a 'challenge' play. The Wretch's initial stats all start at 10, so you can design a build around the character you want. However, selecting and clearing this so-called Wretch Challenge is not for the faint of heart.

Actually it’s right the base stats are 10 all around

This is wrong lmao. The wretch doesn't start with any preset base stats, so you have more flexibility in builds.
