Barret will be the Sub DPS since his attacks are ranged. Having Auto-Unique Ability lets him use Overcharge consistently as well to stagger enemies.
How to Beat All Rounds
Round 1

| ・Velociwing x3 | Exploiting their elemental weakness or evading right before they charge will pressure them. |
Use Aerial or Ranged Attacks
The three Velociwings will be flying during this battle, so you can quickly defeat them by using Barret or Aerith for ranged attacks, and Cloud for aerial attacks. Although, note that Cloud has a limited number of abilities that can be used in the air.
Make sure to also exploit the Velociwing's weakness to Wind to pressure and easily stagger them. Have all your party members equip Wind materia to spam the spell on them.
