How to UnlockAvailable after reaching Chapter 4

This side quest is likely the most important one, as it unlocks fast travel back to the Grasslands Region. It's important to finish this quest if you have any unfinished business in the Grasslands.

While you can still obtain the Junon Chocobo by doing the Chocobo Intel near Gabe's Ranch even before starting this quest, doing the Stuck in a Rut side quest is a good way to hit two birds, so to speak, with one stone.

How to UnlockAvailable after defeating Terror of the Deep in Chapter 4

Completing the When Words Won't Do side quest opens up access to a whole new area called the Crow's Nest and unlocks the Dreaming of Blue Skies side quest, which increases your relationship with Tifa.
