Difficulty Level | Soldier Rank Formation |
---|---|
Hard | Grenadiers x2, Suppressors x2, Heavy Artillery x1 |
Normal | Suppressors x2, Guards x3 |
Easy | Guards x5 |
Having 2 Grenadiers, 2 Suppressors, and 1 Heavy Artillery will result in the best formation and subsequently, the hardest performance of the Junon Parade. This formation has the highest possibility of scoring 100,000 points should you perform it well.
To get 100,000 points, perform well in the parade by pressing the right buttons at the right time, and in accordance to its input type. Doing so will net you the Stealing the Show Trophy.
The resulting performance will be Ramuh Formation, Shiva Formation, and Bahamut Formation, all with 3 stars. This will include more button inputs and more dynamic camera angles to throw you off-course.
The Ramuh Formation makes prominent use of rapid taps or yellow pentagon inputs. The Shiva Formation will have a lot of hold inputs or blue hexagon inputs. The Bahamut Formation will have a mix of all three inputs, making it the most difficult one.
There are four different Parade performances to choose from.
All Junon Parade Performances | |
---|---|
Ifrit Formation | Ramuh Formation |
Shiva Formation | Bahamut Formation |
The more difficult the parade dance is, the higher the score will be at the end. The difficulty level also varies depending on the type of Soldiers put into the Parade Formation, and how they are arranged. Try going for the most difficult performance whenever possible!
Placing the Soldiers of the same rank will provide a bonus multiplier to the final score. Try matching multiple Soldier ranks and see what formation you get.

How to Play the Junon Parade |
---|
Pressing L2 just before the Parade lets players adjust the Parade formation. The only Soldiers allowed to be added are the ones found throughout the city, so make sure to find them all first before trying out this mini-game.
The main gameplay of the Inauguration Parade is a rhythm game where the correct button must be pressed at the right time as it shows up on the screen. There are three types of inputs to keep track, each having its own characteristics.
Type of Marker | Input Method |
---|---|
Red Square | Press the correct button once |
Yellow Pentagon | Press the correct button repeatedly |
Blue Hexagon | Press and hold the correct button |
Press the correct button at the right time when the prompt shows up. Keep a close eye for the light marker getting closer to the prompt. Perfect timing results in GREAT, while being a little off will result in GOOD.
Pressing the wrong button or miss the timing will mark it as BAD; combos will be dropped and the combo bonus score will completely reset.
