Pressure the Enemies by Exploiting Weaknesses

Enemy Pressure Condition
Quetzalcoatl Inflicting enough damage by exploiting its Ice weakness will pressure it.
Archdragon x2 Exploiting their Wind weakness will pressure them.

The Quetzalcoatl is weak to Ice attacks, while the Archdragons are weak to Wind attacks. Exploit these weaknesses with spells to pressure the enemies. Once they are pressured, you can use Cloud's Focused Thrust if they are on the ground to quickly stagger them.

Stagger the Archdragon Carefully

The Archdragons have low health, so you need to be careful not to accidentally kill them without staggering. You can switch to Tifa and charge her ATB gauge by locking onto Quetzalcoatl first. Then, you can use Aero on the Archdragons to pressure them, and follow it up with basic attacks to stagger.

Use Aerial and Magic Attacks When Enemies Fly

When the Quetzalcoatl starts flying, you can switch to Aerith to cast Ice spells or ranged basic attacks on it. You can also get Cloud and Tifa to perform aerial attacks when their ATB gauge is empty. Although, note that these characters can only use certain abilities while in the air.
