Magnify | First Strike | ATB Boost |
Enemies usually swarm or gather around you during the Musclehead Colosseum minigame. It is recommended that you use ranged or AoE attacks to deal with them swiftly and effectively.
Equipping materia that restores ATB fast will greatly increase your chances in winning the combat challenges easily.
Best Materia and Materia Combinations
In addition to acquiring GP from completing all combat challenges in the minigame, the Musclehead Colosseum is also a great way to earn EXP and AP points.
Do note that the materia used by the participating characters will be the only ones gaining AP, meaning that materia equipped by other members will not have their AP increased.

One of the best ways to farm GP is to play every minigame available in Gold Saucer and collect the GP points you can earn from completing them.
GP Points awarded for first time completion are usually higher in value than their standard minigame completion rates, so it is best that you participate and complete all minigames available to collect their initial rewards.
