Now, he aims to reactivate the world's defunct communications towers to facilitate his understanding of the planet, for which he needs the party's assistance. During his time in Shinra's Research and Development Division, Chadley worked as a Materia researcher under Professor Hojo. With Cloud's help, he managed to break free from Hojo and lived freely moving forward.
