How to Get Into the Crow's Nest

The Crow's Nest is a settlement in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth (FF7 Rebirth) that players can reach by completing the When Words Won't Do side quest. Read on to find out how you can get into the Crow's Nest and the activities you can do in it!

The Crow's Nest is located at the easternmost parts of the Junon Region. Players will be able to use the Crow's Nest as fast travel point to help get around the Junon Region much easier.

How to Get Into the Crow's Nest

Complete the When Words Won't Do Side Quest

To gain access to the Crow's Nest, players must complete the Junon side quest, “When Words Won't Do” in Chapter 4. In this side quest, Rhonda of Under Junon will request that you escort her dog Salmon safely to her son at the Crow's Nest.

Once complete, players will be able to fast travel to the Crow's Nest freely. This will come in very handy as several World Intel datapoints are available near it.

Place of Respite

The Crow's Nest is a settlement wherein Cloud and his companions can stop an take a breather from battle and exploration. Within the Crow's nest is a rest area complete with a bench, a vending machine, and a Maghnata Automat.

Use this opportunity to replenish your HP and MP, stock up on items, purchase new equipment, and check your Character Folios!

Piano Minigame

The Crow's Nest is home to a piano that you can freely access and play. It is also in the Crow's Nest that players will first meet Dorian, a traveling music enthusiast that will appear beside piano in every region right after.

Performing musical scores and pulling off a Rank A performance will have Dorian reward you with different items such as Materia. For your first performance, the On Our Way musical score will be immediately acquirable and playable.
