Obtain from Unlocking Chocobo Stops
Sometimes, you will encounter a baby Chocobo while traveling a region that will call for you and ask for your help. Follow them as they lead you to a Chocobo Stop so you can fix the stop sign which will earn you a Golden Plume and a fast travel point for your map.

Golden Plumes are mainly used to buy Chocobo Gears from Chocobo Ranches. Chocobo Gears are used to customize your Chocobo, changing their looks and performance too!
